Phase 1 (Yellow) - COMPLETE

• Erosion Control Installation
• Water Line Installations
• Storm Sewer Installations
• Curb & Gutter / Driveways / Walks Installations
• Milling
• Remove Existing Base - Install New Base
• Asphalt Pavement - Single Lift
• Restoration - Including Resetting Mailboxes

 

Phase 2 (Green) - COMPLETE

• Erosion Control Installation
• Water Line installations
• Storm Sewer Installations
• Curb & Gutter / Driveways / Walks Installations
• Milling
• Remove Existing Base - Install New Base
• Asphalt Pavement - Single Lift

• Milling / Ashphalt Removal: May 2022
• Remove Existing Base & Install New Base: May - August 2022
• Curb & Gutter / Driveways / Walks Installations: August - September 2022
• Asphalt Paving: October 2022
• Restoration - Including Resetting Mailboxes: late October 2022

 

Finalization Phase

The Finalization phase is expected to be substantially complete before the end of December 2022.

• Final Cleanup & Demobilization: November - December 2022
