How to Add External Learning in EBS (OPUS)

Classes

  1. Log into EBS (OPUS).
  2. Click on PIN OLM Learner > Learning > External Learning.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Enter your information. The required fields are class title, completion date, and supplier. You can enter the other fields if desired (e.g. location, training purpose, score, etc.). There is no option to attach a file.
  5. When done, click Apply.

Note Regarding Internal Courses

  • EBS (OPUS) contains a record of internal Pinellas County Government courses. Go to PIN OLM Learner > Learning > Learner Home > Learning History.
  • The EBS (OPUS) learning history is from 2011 to the present. If you need information prior to 2011, contact Human Resources (see below).

Degrees or Certifications

  1. Log into EBS (OPUS).
  2. Click on PIN Employee Self Service > Professional Details > Other Professional Qualifications.
  3. Click Add Professional Qualification.
  4. Click the magnifying glass next to the Type field. Using the pull-down menu for Search by, select Qualification Type and select Go.
  5. Select one: Associate, Bachelor, Certification, Doctorate Degree, or Masters Degree.
  6. Enter information as appropriate, then select Next.
  7. When done, click Submit.
