Volunteer Commitment Agreement
At the end of the orientation session, new volunteers are required to sign a commitment agreement which is kept on file. This agreement is considered the volunteer’s agreement with Pinellas County.
The following points are contained in this agreement:
- The volunteer agrees to abide by the Volunteer Service Program’s policies and procedures and those of the assigned county agency.
- The volunteer will abide by the Volunteer Position/Project Guidelines, will perform assigned duties to the best of their ability and will comply with the directions of supervisors.
- The volunteer irrevocably consents to and authorizes the use and reproduction of any and all photographs and/or videotape recordings taken of them, for any purpose whatsoever, without compensation. All photographic images shall constitute Pinellas County’s property, solely and completely.
