Volunteer Group Agreement Category

A project performed by a youth group such as a Boy Scout troop or private school group.

• Group must provide liability insurance
• Proof of insurance certificate is required
• For private schools, the VIP Opportunity Form is required

• Group activity and insurance certificate must be reviewed by Risk Management, the county attorney and the county administrator before approval is granted
• Faculty members or adult group supervisors must supervise student activity
