 MISSION
Park Rangers ensure that
the County’ s trails and parks are accessible,
safe and protected
so that all citizens and visitors can enjoy
their recreational experiences in our many
beautiful natural settings. The County’s Park
Rangers provide excellent public communication
and service during their patrols and work activities.
The County’s Auxiliary Rangers augment
the Park Rangers and represent the
Park Department
through
their work on the Pinellas Trail, Friendship
Trail Bridge and at Special Events
