The Vision Pinellas update process continued to include presentations by the second and final group of SFA teams: Health & Human Services, Public Safety, and Transportation, Utilities and Stormwater.

Mark Woodard began the process for updating Vision Pinellas with the Board by previewing what was going to happen on 2/12 and 2/26, and set the stage for presentations by the first three Strategic Focus Area (SFA) teams this day: Effective Government, Economic Development, Redevelopment & Housing; and Environment, Open Space, Recreation & Culture.

Exempt Meeting - 04-06-07

At the meeting of the County's Exempt staff on Friday, April 6, 2007, the newly developed Vision Pinellas PowerPoint slide show was presented. John Becker and John Woodruff, from the Office of Management and Budget are scheduling meeting's with senior leaders from each department and independent agency to roll out this slide show-driven message throughout the County. Directors and managers are being asked to help deliver this important Vision Pinellas message to all of their staff and throughout the community, as well this fiscal year.

Board Presentation - 03-22-07

Steve Spratt, County Administrator briefed the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) in late March 2007 about the work progress of the six Strategic Focus Area (SFA) teams over the past year. Leaders from each of the SFA teams presented their results thus far to the BCC using this PowerPoint slide show.
