Like Pinellas County’s local government, many of our community’s organizations have a strategic planning process in place to help them focus on directing their future efforts. The following strategic plans are presented in a collaborative spirit of sharing, learning together about each others’ organizations, and so as to facilitate the inter-organizational benchmarking of best practices.
