After eight successful years, the Ultra Low Flow Toilet Rebate Program has ended. The goal of achieving two million gallons per day of potable water savings was surpassed.

The program provided a rebate of up to $100 for replacement of a high flow toilet with an ultra low flow toilet. The program was cooperatively funded by Pinellas County and the Pinellas-Anclote River Basin Board of the Southwest Florida Water Management District.
