Project Title:	Gulf Boulevard Construction Project - Park to Walsingham This project involves a three-mile segment of SR 699 (Gulf Boulevard) between Park Boulevard and Walsingham Road within the Town of Indian Shores and the City of Indian Rocks Beach. The existing roadway is a two lane, undivided rural (open drainage) roadway with intermittent pedestrian facilities. The proposed project will be a two-lane roadway, including shoulders with bike paths and walking paths, a 16-inch reclaimed water transmission main, reclaimed water distribution lines, water line upgrades, sanitary sewer upgrades and other enhancements. Pinellas County Utilities will manage the project in conjunction with a Joint Project Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation and the Town of Indian Rocks Beach.
