Clearwater, Fla—Pinellas County Utilities Customer Service continues to receive a high volume of customer call activity and lengthy customer wait times. Therefore, Pinellas County Utilities Customer Services Call Center has temporarily extended its hours of operation. Through Friday, May 16th, Customer Service representatives will be available to respond to customer calls from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Additionally, the Utilities Customer Service Cashier’s office, located at 14 South Fort Harrison Avenue in Clearwater, is temporarily expanding its hours of operation. Customer Service representatives will be available to receive customers’ payments from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., starting Monday May 12th through Friday, May 16th.
