Pinellas County Solid Waste offers several payment options for garbage disposal. Immediate payments at the scalehouse are required unless a customer has set up an account for monthly billing.

• Payment at the scalehouse - Cash, credit cards (Visa or MasterCard) or checks are accepted. No starter checks, out-of-state personal checks or two-party checks.
• Payment at the Administration Building - Payments from customers with accounts are accepted at the Solid Waste Administration Building (see address above) Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Cash, checks or credit cards (Visa or MasterCard) are accepted.
• Mail - Customers with accounts may send check or money order payments to the address listed above.

SOLID WASTE ACCOUNTS Regular customers may set up an account and make monthly payments. An escrow deposit (two months estimated tipping fee) is required. See Request for Web Account Access form. For more information on setting up a new account, call (727) 464-7500 or e-mail.
