Pinellas County Utilities offers a variety of options to pay your utility bill. Credit card and electronic check payments are subject to fees. Select from the following:
- Credit card payment online - Use EZ Pay.
- Credit card payment on the telephone - Call Customer Service or use the automated Interactive Voice Response system at (727) 464-4000.
- eCheck (electronic check) payment online - Use EZ Pay.
- Amscot - Utility bill payments accepted at all locations.

(Amscot charges a non-refundable $2.00 convenience fee per transaction). - Mail - Send the bill stub with your check or credit card information in the envelope provided with your statement to:

Tampa, FL 33631-3208 - Automatic bank payment - Sign up for AutoPay (automatic debits) from your bank account:
• Fill out the online application, and submit it by mail or drop off.

• Submit an electronic application at My eAccount. - Payment drop boxes - Deposit a check or money order (NO CASH) in a payment box:
• Pinellas County Government Center, 29582 U.S. Hwy 19 N., Clearwater
• Pinellas County Utilities, 14 South Fort Harrison Ave., Clearwater
• Pinellas County Utilities, GMD, 6730 142nd Ave., Largo
• City of St. Pete Beach, 155 Corey Ave., St. Pete Beach - Payment at Pinellas County Utilities - Payments are accepted in person at: Pinellas County Utilities, 14 South Fort Harrison Ave., Clearwater, Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Cash, check, or credit cards are accepted (no Visa).
BILLING DUE DATE
A new service offered to customers is the ability to select a different due date for their utility bill. View information on billing date selection.
