Pinellas County Utilities offers a variety of options to pay your utility bill. We also offer customers the ability to select a different due date for their utility water bill. View information on billing date selection.

Credit card and electronic check payments are subject to fees. Select from the following:
- Credit card or eCheck (electronic check) payment online
- Credit card payment on the telephone - Call Customer Service or use the automated Interactive Voice Response system at (727) 464-4000.
- Amscot - Utility bill payments accepted at all locations.
(Amscot charges a non-refundable $2.00 convenience fee per transaction). - Mail - Send the bill stub with your check (payable to Pinellas County Utilities) or credit card information in the envelope provided with your statement to:
