The Task Force will focus on ways to capitalize on transportation investments and opportunities. New and redeveloped transit-friendly corridors will strengthen the local economy, create jobs, and improve mobility making Pinellas County a more livable community. To that end, members will be working with representatives from area planning and transit agencies to formulate practical and fiscally sound transportation recommendations.

The Transportation Task Force is scheduled to meet the third Monday of every month until December, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., at the Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council, 4000 Gateway Centre Blvd., Pinellas Park.
