Corporate Sponsorship Program - Current Opportunities

Sponsorship Description: Pinellas County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) educates the residents about drowning awareness with annual mailings to all households with a residential pool in Pinellas County. Each mailing, which consists of a 5.5” x 8.5” postcard (see attached for examples), reaches approximately 67,000 households and has been sent the week before Memorial Day and the week before Labor Day each year. A third mailing may be sent the week before Independence Day. The postcards feature a full-color photo and drowning awareness message on the front and pool tips on the address side.

EMS is seeking sponsor(s) to support these mailings. At a minimum, sponsors will be recognized on the address side of the postcards with name/sponsor logo and contact number and/or web site. One sponsorship is available for each mailing with a maximum of three (3) mailings to be sent each year. Sponsors will be responsible for providing camera-ready artwork of their logo and/or other elements of their recognition on the postcard. Sponsor cost will be the cost of postage which is estimated at $13,500 ($0.202/piece) based on current postal rates.
