Domestic Violence Partnership - Health and Human Services - The Department of Health and Human Services distributes funds via contractual agreements with local domestic violence agencies for the purpose of prevention, counseling and support services for victims of domestic violence. Staffing for various functions, including partnerships through the office of the State Attorney, the Visitation Centers and shelter services are provided.
