Affordable Housing Programs – Community Development - Affordable housing is supported for the residents of Pinellas County through a variety of financial and incentive-based housing programs. Programs include homebuyer assistance, home improvement opportunities and new housing construction. Community Development also works with neighborhoods to sustain their viability and character by providing access to the resources and services available through their County Government.
