(Fill in the W-9 form with Adobe Acrobat 5.0 or higher,
print and e-mail as indicated on the bottom of form).

concerning "Doing Business With Pinellas County.
The application form should be carefully completed indicating
the commodity or service areas you wish to compete in.
Apply to become a Prequalified
Vendor for construction
services.

#4: Pinellas County Approved Vendor:
When your on-line application is submitted, you are
entered into the Purchasing Supplier database.
Becoming a full business partner with Pinellas County
opens doors to additional business and sales opportunities
and a new working relationship is created.
This database is used by Purchasing
and County departments to obtain quotes for goods and
services. Doing business with Pinellas County
is a fair, competitive process and dollars are not always
