Purchasing
Contractors/vendors are required to register with Pinellas ePro (at no cost) in advance of a scheduled bid/proposal/quotation opening and upload the required documents as requested in the solicitation prior to the submission deadline. All bids/proposals/quotations will be opened via an electronic lockbox at the scheduled due date and time. Contractors/vendors will be capable of viewing bid results after they are received and opened electronically.
If your company was previous registered to do business with the County in DemandStar.com or BidSync, you will still need to register in Pinellas ePro to obtain notices for Pinellas County Purchasing solicitations.
To register as a supplier/vendor, use the following link/URL: www.ebids.pinellas.gov. Use the Chrome browser. Vendor Registration Manual
In addition to registering, once logged in, Open Bids are accessible and visible under the Bids tab.
For additional assistance with the supplier/vendor registration process, please contact William Harvey at wharvey@pinellascounty.org or at (727) 464-5139 or call our Purchasing front desk at (727) 464-3311.
How will this benefit your business?
Pinellas ePro will provide the County and its suppliers with a single online system for electronic procurement. You will no longer mail or deliver hard copy submittal documents to the County in response to a solicitation. The County’s solicitation process with you, as a vendor, will all be within the Pinellas ePro system. This will make the procurement and purchasing processes streamlined and more efficient.
