Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) Program
Professional Services Solicitations
Firms interested in CCNA solicitations are required to register at OpenGov Procurement (at no cost) in advance of a scheduled proposal opening and upload the required documents as requested in the solicitation prior to the submission deadline. All proposals will be opened via an electronic lockbox at the due date and time. Suppliers will be capable of viewing proposal results after they are received and opened electronically.
Pinellas County reserves the right to validate and register a firm under the CCNA category.
