Project Overview
Pinellas County Public Works, through the County's Capital Improvement Program, constructed a new pedestrian bridge adjacent to Old Coachman Road at the Alligator Creek crossing to provide a safe passage for pedestrians and cyclists.
The existing sidewalk, which is a part of the City of Clearwater's Ream Wilson Trail, was replaced with a 10-foot wide shared-use path and bridge. This section of the Ream Wilson Trail connects to the Pinellas Trail and will ultimately be a part of the North Loop segment.
