it is best to contact your title company.

There are several professional surveyors and mappers
in the Pinellas County Area. Consult the yellow
pages of your local phone book to find a surveyor
in your neighborhood or visit the yellow
pages online.
3. How can I get a copy of Certified Corner
Records?
Certified Corner records can be downloaded from
DEP's Land Boundary Information System or LABINS.
4. How do I get a copy of my plat or deed?
A microfilmed copy of all recorded documents are
maintained in the Official Records Room of the
Clerk
of the Circuit Court.
5. How do I get horizontal or vertical control
(benchmark) information within Pinellas County?
Horizontal and vertical control information can

Geodetic Survey
