Public Safety Services - Saving Lives...wit a dual Response EMS System

The Sunstar FirstCare Ambulance Membership Plan

Working with your insurance company to cover out-of-pocket ambulance expenses (co-payments or deductibles)

Covers medically necessary Sunstar ambulance transportation to or from any medical facility in Pinellas County.
(Does not include Sunstar Mental Health Transport Van)
Annual Fees are $45 per individual/$70 per family
(Family Plan includes those related by blood or marriage who reside in the same household.)
No membership cards required.
Membership applications accepted beginning January 1, 2010.
