Park Rangers
The Pinellas Trail System is supervised, maintained
and patrolled by County Park Rangers. The Auxiliary
Rangers are the eyes and ears of the Park Ranger
to observe and report. In the County, Park
Rangers have a traditional and unique role
and are special employees with special skills.
This is particularly true when speaking of

it is important that park rangers be very proficient
in their jobs. The demands of a park ranger’s
