Commissioner Seel reported on the iTownHall meeting process being used by the Tampa Bay Area Regional Transportation Authority (TBARTA); noted that a public hearing on TBARTA will be held on Monday, May 11, in Tampa; requested that the Board schedule a workshop regarding a possible transit surtax referendum; and discussed transit funding issues and TBARTA cost estimates.
b. Chairman Harris provided a water conservation tip; and discussed results of County Attorney Bennett’s annual performance review.
