FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Maps

The FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) became effective in September 2003. FEMA has issued a revalidation list of Letters Of Map Ammendment (LOMA) and Letters of Map Revision based on Fill (LOMR-F). In addition, properties with a LOMA/LOMR-F that has been superseded and those to be redetermined are listed.

Flood maps are available for viewing on the first floor of the Pinellas County Development and Review Services (DRS) Building at 310 Court St., Clearwater, or for purchase at FEMAs website at http://www.msc.fema.gov/product.shtml .
