A look at the program...
Each fiscal year the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners allocates funds for Social Action Funding (SAF). This program provides financial support for social service programs that positively impact the residents of Pinellas County and enhance the quality of life. Priorities for funding will be limited to programs in the following areas:
SAF – applications shall be specific to program services responsive to Food/Nutrition Services (e.g. food pantries, soup kitchens, etc.); Health Services (preference to basic dental, vision and hearing; programs that align with Pinellas County Health Plan; or sole source health programs serving special populations); and Legal Assistance for homeless prevention.

How do I apply?
All applications must be received at Pinellas County Health and Human Services and signed in by staff at the following address: 2189 Cleveland Street, Suite 266, Clearwater.
