This brand new clinic is located mid-county at 14808 49th Street N. Clearwater FL next to the Safe Harbor Homeless Shelter. The clinic is a 3,078 square foot, one-story, free-standing facility with exam rooms, dental office and office space for confidential counseling. The construction of the facility was 100% grant funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration.

• Normal Business Hours
  Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
  Friday:  8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  Saturday:  8 a.m. – 12:00 noon
  
  (The last appointment time is approximately 30 minutes prior to the closing time)

• After Hours:  (727) 824-6900
  If you have a medical emergency, please dial 9-1-1.  However, if you would like to speak to a doctor or nurse regarding an illness, medication, or minor injury, please call the Florida Department of Health in Pinellas County and a medical professional will return your call.

Medical Services

• Treatment for a brief illness. (Strep throat and flu are examples.)
• Treatment for long-term illnesses that require ongoing medical care. (High blood pressure and diabetes are examples.)
• Laboratory services
• Pregnancy testing
• Employment physicals
• Some prescription assistance. (No drugs are kept on site.)

Dental Services

• "Relief of Pain" Dental services
• Preventive/Cleaning services

You can visit either the Bayside Health Clinic or the MMU and ask for help if you are a Pinellas County resident and are homeless. Please call (727) 453-7866 if you would like to make an appointment.
