Help may be available if you are a Pinellas County resident and are having dental pain.
When you apply for this service, you should also ask about the Pinellas County Health Plan. This plan provides primary medical care as well as limited specialists, prescription assistance and dental services.
Staff at the site will help you get approved. You will then receive a referral order to a dentist.

Please call (727) 464-8400 or (727) 582-7781 if you have questions that cannot be answered at the Medical Home or at the Mobile Medical Unit. Be sure to leave your name, social security number, current address, phone number and the reason for your call.
