Personnel Board Meeting
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 20-69, issued by the Office of Governor Ron DeSantis on March 20, 2020 and extended by Executive Orders 20-112, 20-114, 20-150, 20-193, and 20-246 in which local government bodies may conduct meetings of their governing boards without having a quorum of members present physically or at any specific location, and utilizing communications media technology such as telephonic or video conferencing, the Unified Personnel Board will hold an in-person public meeting with virtual participation. To enable social distancing, this meeting will be held in the Magnolia Room with offsite participants utilizing the Zoom platform.

*How to Provide Comments or Speak at the Meeting
In-person attendance is very limited due to COVID-19 social distancing, so members of the public are strongly encouraged to participate virtually.
Members of the public who wish to address the Unified Personnel Board may do so in writing in advance of the meeting and/or may register to speak as part of the Citizens to be Heard portion of the agenda where they will be provided up to three (3) minutes to address the Unified Personnel Board.
In order to address the Unified Personnel Board or provide written comments, those that are participating virtually must register in advance by 6:30 pm on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at www.pinellascounty.org/hr/comment. All written comments received by the deadline will be included as part of the official record for the meeting and will be available to be considered by the Unified Personnel Board prior to any action taken. In-person participants may register to speak at the meeting.
Public comments in virtual meetings are audio-only. Public comment provided in-person is also audio-only and participants will be unable to share visual presentation materials, documents, or photos with Unified Personnel Board members.
