As a County employee, you have the opportunity to participate in activities that can improve your well-being and earn rewards.

Pinellas County is committed to creating a work environment where employees can thrive and reach their maximum potential. Establishing a culture of wellness helps you and your family to stay healthy, which keeps insurance costs down for you and for the County.

What rewards are available?

• The default option for employees is the Pinellas County Rewards Program which offers thousands of gifts. Employees also receive reward points for new hires, service anniversaries and retirement.
• You may elect cash for 2017 instead of reward points. This election will remain in effect for the remainder of the 2017 calendar year.
• Incentive rewards (points or cash) are processed quarterly. See the incentive payout schedule.
