Employee Discounts / You Decide

Pinellas County offers the Employee Advantages Program from YouDecide which provides employee discounts.

The program is available at no cost to all permanent County employees, regardless of whether you participate in the County group insurance program.

Discounts include:

• Theme park tickets
  • Check for special offers before you go to Disney, Busch Gardens, SeaWorld, etc.
• Cell phone discounts
• Consumer item discounts such as:
  • computers
  • flowers
  • gym memberships
  • hotels
  • magazines
  • movie tickets
  • rental cars
  • restaurants
  • TV / Internet service
• Financial services: loans, insurance, tax services
  

New discounts:

• AutoNation - New or pre-owned cars
• eBags - Travel gear
• Luxury Perfume - Discount perfumes and colognes
• Striiv -Fitness trackers
• Vitamix - Blenders

To register:

• Visit YouDecide or call toll free at (888) 746-7236.
• New employees are eligible on the first day of the month after a 30 day waiting period from their hire date.
• To register, enter your name as recorded in OPUS and your County email address.

• Tips for finding the best discount:
  • To view discounts by category (such as apparel, auto, beauty, etc.), select "Home".
  • To view an alphabetical list of discounts by company name, select "Deals & Discounts" and "Show All" from the left menu.
• There is no cost to the County for this program.
• Purchase decisions are the sole responsibility of the employee, and the County bears no responsibility for these personal decisions.
• If an employee chooses to purchase any of the products/services offered, they deal directly with the companies participating in the YouDecide program.
