Proposed Work Plan for the Policy Group and its relationship to the deliverables of the Pinellas Homeless Initiative Project (Arrington & Marlowe, LLC contract)

This chart proposes a two phase work plan for the Policy Group. Phase 1 is organized around the deliverables of the Homeless Initiative Project. It provides the Policy Group with the information it will need to lead development of a ten year plan to end chronic homelessness. Phase two follows the completion of the Homeless Initiative Project. This phase will take the information generated via the project and develop from it a ten year plan.
