Casey Cane, Vice ChairmanMr. Cane is the President and CEO of CCI Developments in Palm Harbor, FL. He is a Florida State Certified General Contractor and Home Inspector in addition, holds a number of specialized certifications within the construction industry that provide a vivid understanding of national construction and development practices. He is a Member of the Pinellas County Realtor Association, a Member of the Palm Harbor Chamber of Commerce, Co-founder of the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Academy and Founder of the CCI Musical Arts and Competition Scholarship. |

Robyn Fiel, Assistant SecretaryAfter nine years as a mortgage loan originator at Fifth Third Bank, Robyn Fiel is currently a mortgage loan originator at Synovus Mortgage in St. Petersburg, FL. Prior to joining Fifth Third Bank in 2005, Robyn was a portfolio manager of the Hough Group of Funds at William R. Hough & Co for 11 years, and an analyst at Standard & Poor’s in New York City for six years. Steven BealSteven is currently the President for Largo For Youth Inc., sits on the board for the Greater Ridgecrest YMCA, and is a member of the Friends of Ridgecrest and Greater Ridgecrest Neighborhood Crime Watch. He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Florida and a Masters in Business Administration from Florida International University. Previously Steven was a principal trader at Raymond James, an Investment Banker at William R. Hough/RBC Capital Markets and an Investment Advisor at Prudential Financial. Kathryn Driver, Executive DirectorMs. Driver has been the Executive Director since March 2014. She spent the past 24 years as a Vice President at RBC Capital Markets (and William R. Hough & Co. prior to its merger with RBC). She was responsible for designing a wide array of reinvestment strategies for municipal issuers through the use of traditional investment agreements, escrow defeasance portfolios and MBS Portfolio sales as well as more sophisticated products containing various optionalities. She has been involved in over $20.9 billion in reinvestment transactions in virtually all sectors of public finance. She also spent the first 15 years of her career at RBC/Hough in the firm’s Housing Group. |

Karmen Lemberg, Program AdministratorKarmen oversees the Single Family and Multi-Family Programs for the Housing Finance Authority (HFA) including the First Time Home Buyer Program (FTHB). Karmen is the liaison for the lenders and realtors associated with the FTHB program and also for potential home buyers. She has been in this position since January 2011. Prior to that Karmen was the Program Manager for the Down Payment Assistance and Home Repair Loan Programs for Pinellas County Community Development for four years. Karmen has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management and 25 years of experience in banking, mortgages, and financial services. Her expertise in mortgage lending fits well for working with partners and clients to further the mission and vision of the HFA. |

The Housing Finance Authority of Pinellas County continues to achieve our mission of assuring that financing for affordable housing remains available to the residents of Pinellas County by maintaining partnerships with local, state and federal agencies, affordable housing developers, nonprofit organizations and others who share the common goal of producing and providing affordable housing. Through these partnerships, we are able to provide affordable housing to first time home buyers in Pinellas, Pasco and Polk Counties.
