Recycling Directory – A directory that details all of the municipal recycling programs in Pinellas County including drop-off and curbside options, yard waste recycling, free recycled mulch pickup, recycling FAQ’s and more.

Household Electronics and Chemical Collection Center & Program (HEC3) and Swap Shop – A permanent facility for residents to drop off unwanted chemicals and electronics and pick up reusable products.
Household Electronics & Chemical Mobile Collection events – Check the schedule for specific Saturday mobile collection event dates and locations.
Haz-to-Go Trailer – Used for household electronics & chemical collection events scheduled by community groups or neighborhood associations.
EnviroBusiness Hazardous Waste Collection Events – Scheduled for the second Wednesday of every month. Businesses pay reduced fees.
Cutting Waste at Work Program – Pinellas County Utilities offers free services to help businesses reduce their waste.

Green Business Partnership – A voluntary assessment that recognizes businesses, business organizations and local governments for their environmental stewardship and sustainable practices.
Office Recycling - Pinellas County Employees participate in recycling within their offices and county buildings. The recycling program includes office paper, cardboard, and other paper products. Employees also recycle common break room containers like aluminum cans and plastic bottles.
