Meetings are typically scheduled on Tuesday or Thursday and are held at 440 Court Street, Clearwater, FL (1st Fl Conference Room). Your item will be placed on the next available agenda and you will be contacted by County staff to confirm your availability. All information discussed at the Pre-Application meetings is considered preliminary. Final determinations will be made upon the submittal and review of a formal site plan.
