Please fill out the form below with the address you are inquiring about. *The basic report is FREE of charge and is provided as a service to citizens. More detailed reports, which require lengthy data base queries, can be preformed at a charge of $11.36 per hour and $0.15 per page. The report is available in Microsoft Excel and Adobe PDF.

*Per Florida State Statute 119.105, no person who inspects or copies police reports for the purpose of obtaining the names and addresses of the victims of crimes or accidents shall use any information contained therein for any commercial solicitation of the victims or relatives of the victims of the reported crimes or accidents. In addition, address information relating to juvenile crime and sexual battery victims is protected under Florida law therefore cannot be provided for those types of crimes.
