Code Enforcement Complaint
(e.g. tall grass, trash & debris, inoperable vehicle,...)
In order to file a complaint, call (727) 464- 4641, or you may use the form below to submit your complaint.
Pinellas County code enforcement regulates code compliance only in Pinellas County’s unincorporated neighborhoods. If you reside within the city limits of any of Pinellas County’s 24 municipalities, you must contact your local city hall with any code enforcement issues.
If you do not know if you live in an unincorporated area, Pinellas County’s Map It feature allows county residents to access information about their property (including unincorporated/municipal information)
by simply inputting their property address.
The complaint desk is staffed with an experienced Code Enforcement Specialist who will answer
your questions regarding code violations. Your complaint will be assigned a number and an
Officer will visit the property in question. If the investigation verifies that a violation does exist
an enforcement case will be opened. You will be able to trackthe case progress by referring to
the complaint number whenever you call.
E-mail addresses are public records under Florida law and are not exempt from public-records requirements. If you do not want your e-mail address to be subject to being released pursuant to a public-records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office
