Paddle into adventure at Weedon Island Preserve in June. This Junior Kayak Camp combines education with fun while teaching the fundamentals of kayaking, safety and teamwork. Campers become comfortable out in the water and learn how to understand factors like currents and wind to determine safety. Weedon Island offers the perfect natural setting. Four Weekly Camps Starting Monday, June 16

Take a trip to the past this summer and get a fun hands-on experience during one or more High Adventure History Camps. Four separate camps are offered: June 16-20; June 23-27; July 7-11 and July 14-18. Set up a chuck wagon jamboree, clown around with a mad cap fire brigade, build a Victorian letter box, set sail in a hay bail boat and much more. Each camp offers something new to see, do and share at Heritage Village. Program fee is $150 per week with Pinellas County Historical members paying $125 weekly. Take one camp or all four.
