Coastal Management:

Upham Beach T-Head Groin Repair Project

The project began November 17, 2010 to replace, repair and patch five T-head groin geotube structures originally installed between 2004 and 2006 on Upham Beach. The work encountered delays with the project being substantially complete July 15, 2011.
