Hurricane Irma: Pinellas County Order Lifting Evacuations
WHEREAS, evacuations were ordered due to the threats posed by Hurricane Irma pursuant to Pinellas County Resolution 17-58 for the protection of the public health, safety and welfare; and
WHEREAS, the primary threats of the hurricane have passed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND DECLARED in accordance with Resolution No. 17-58, this 12th day of September 2017:
The mandatory evacuations ordered for Hurricane Irma are hereby lifted.
Ordered this 12th day of September 2017, at 11:00 a.m.
