• Building Services - building permits and inspections
• Planning - transportation, unincorporated land use and zoning, coordinating countywide objectives
• Engineering & Technicial Specifications - planning and design, construction management, suvey and maps
• Watershed Management - protects and improves the environmental and aesthetic quality of the County surface waters such as creeks, streams, lakes, bays, and coastal waters.
• Docks/Dredge/Fill Applications - permitting of docks and dredge and fill projects in both the unincorporated areas of Pinellas County as well as within municipal limits.
• Mangrove Regulations - trimming mangrove , list of professional registered trimmers, information on exemptions
• Stormwater Runoff - rainfall that does not seep into the ground, but runs off over our yards, streets, parking lots and buildings.
