Adult Use Establishments

The Office of Consumer Protection is tasked with the enforcement of Adult Use establishments.

Adult Use establishments must have a permit issued by the County Department of Development Review Services.
County Adult Use ordinance applies only to the unincorporated areas of the county.
Each city has its own Adult Use ordinance.
Adult Use establishments in the unincorporated areas of the county must obtain a license with the Office of Consumer Protection.
