Pinellas County’s Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the 2015-2016 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Neighborhood Stabilization Programs is available for viewing and public comment beginning December 9 through December 23, 2016 at the Pinellas County Community Development and Planning Division, 440 Court Street, 2nd Floor, Clearwater FL 33756. Comments on the CAPER may be made in writing to the Pinellas County Community Development and Planning Division at the address above through December 23, 2016. The report will be sent to the U. S. Pinellas County expects to receive approximately $3,142,495 in SHIP funds during Fiscal Year 2016-2017 and will accept applications under Homeownership and Rental Strategies for housing production, preservation, and other activities included in its Local Housing Assistance Plan between July 18, 2016 and June 30, 2019.

Pinellas County received $1,818,118 in Pinellas County Community Housing Trust Fund dollars during Fiscal Year 2008-2009. The application period for these funds will continue on an ongoing basis until the funds are depleted.
On an ongoing basis, we accept qualifications from licensed professional service providers with the capability to administer housing programs available through Pinellas County. New organizations will need to submit the original RFQ document
