Pinellas County’s Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the 2017-2018 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Programs was submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development on December 28, 2018 and is currently awaiting HUD's approval.
Pinellas County is seeking public comments on proposed revisions to the County’s Citizen Participation Plan, which sets forth the County’s policies and procedures for citizen participation in developing the Assessment to Fair Housing (AFH), Consolidated Plan, Annual Action Plan, including any amendments to these plans, and performance reports. Revisions are necessary to incorporate new requirements for the Assessment of Fair Housing.
- FY19-20 Housing & Community Development Grant Funds - NEW
2019-2020 NOFA Pinellas County expects to receive appproximately $4.8 Million in Federal CDBG, ESG, and HOME funding. For more information, please review the full Notice of Funding Availablity. Applications for FY 2019-2020 housing and community development public facility improvement and infrastructure projects are now available.
- State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Program
2018-2019 Pinellas County expects to receive $692,931 in SHIP funds and will accept applications under Homeownership and Rental Strategies for housing production, preservation, and other activities included in its Local Housing Assistance Plan between July 1, 2018 and June 30,2021, or until all available funds are spent.
Pinellas County Housing Development Funding
The application period for mixed-income rental and owner housing development activities will continue on an ongoing basis until funds are depleted.
Pinellas County Housing Trust Fund - (Active)
Pinellas County received $1,818,118 in Pinellas County Community Housing Trust Fund dollars during Fiscal Year 2008-2009. The application period for these funds will continue on an ongoing basis until the funds are depleted.
