Pinellas County's 2019-2010 Action Plan is available for public review and comment from March 22, 2019 to April 22, 2019. The Annual Action Plan summarizes the actions and activities to be undertaken and specific federal and non-federal resources that will be used to address the priority needs and specific goals identified in the Consolidated Plan. The Annual Action Plan serves as the application for funding for the Community Planning and Development formula grant programs (CDBG, ESG, and HOME).
Pinellas County is seeking public comments on proposed revisions to the County’s Citizen Participation Plan, which sets forth the County’s policies and procedures for citizen participation in developing the Consolidated Plan, Annual Action Plan, including any amendments to these plans, and performance reports. Revisions are necessary to align required public notice periods with BCC meetings and to update cooperating cities.
- FY19-20 Housing & Community Development Grant Funds
2019-2020 NOFA Pinellas County expects to receive appproximately $4.8 Million in Federal CDBG, ESG, and HOME funding. For more information, please review the full Notice of Funding Availablity.
- State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Program
2018-2019 Pinellas County expects to receive $692,931 in SHIP funds and will accept applications under Homeownership and Rental Strategies for housing production, preservation, and other activities included in its Local Housing Assistance Plan between July 1, 2018 and June 30,2021, or until all available funds are spent.
Pinellas County Housing Development Funding
The application period for mixed-income rental and owner housing development activities will continue on an ongoing basis until funds are depleted.
Pinellas County Housing Trust Fund - (Active)
Pinellas County received $1,818,118 in Pinellas County Community Housing Trust Fund dollars during Fiscal Year 2008-2009. The application period for these funds will continue on an ongoing basis until the funds are depleted.
