America gets one chance each decade to count its population. Census data determines everything from seats in U.S. Congress to billions in federal funding for local programs. Getting an accurate count in Pinellas County for the 2020 U.S. Census is critical for our community. Volunteer to help.
As chairman of Pinellas County’s Complete Count Committee, I invite you to join our local effort to ensure everyone in Pinellas County is counted in the 2020 Census. The Committee will be made up of trusted local leaders who can explain the importance of the Census, with subcommittees focused on reaching every corner of our community. We need neighborhood associations, faith leaders, businesses, local officials and many others to help us get a complete count. Learn more about our subcommittees or fill out our online Volunteer form. Questions? Contact us at Census2020@pinellascounty.org.
Over the next year, we will be sharing news updates about local Census outreach and upcoming events and meetings on this website.
Together, let’s make sure everyone in Pinellas counts.
