Roofing & Re-Roofing Permits
All permits for roof and re-roofing must comply with Chapter 15 of the Florida Building Code.

Because of this more restrictive code the Pinellas County Building Department is requiring all permits for roof and re-roofing to have a Roof Covering Installation List submitted to the Building Department prior to the commencement of the project.
