Reinspection Fee Payments Online and by Telephone

 

Reinspection fee may be paid the same day and will be available as soon as the field inspector wirelessly updates the inspection results in the Permits Plus database. Reinspection Fees must be paid prior to requesting Final Inspection.

Please be aware that staff will be unable to do any research beyond the reinspection fees that you identify.

On-Line Payments:

If you are already a registered user you are able to pay a Reinspection Fees and other fees 24 hours per day using our on-line Permit Manger tool.  To become a registered user of Permit Manager you must complete a simple two-step application process by clicking on the Online Registration link below. You will be able to perform the following actions from your Computer, Lap top, tablet or smart phone with internet access:

 

• Obtain express permits within minutes.
  
• Schedule Inspections with notes to the inspector.
  
• Pay Reinspection Fees/Lock out Fees/Outstanding or Additional assessed fees.
  
• Check permit status and inspection results in real time as inspector’s submit them wirelessly.

Reinspection fees may be paid by telephone using Visa or MasterCard credit cards. The Correction Notice Payment line captures messages via voice-mail.

Please provide the following information in your message:

 

• Permit Number
  
• Contractors Last Name
  
• Contact telephone number

 

The messages will be retrieved and calls returned from 8:30-10 a.m. and
