Pinellas County OpenGov
Have you ever wondered how Pinellas County funds the services and programs provided to the community?
Now you can picture it for yourself, with Pinellas County OpenGov, the interactive web-based app that allows citizens to pick and choose data and the way they want to display it.
This new tool complements the county’s adopted budget documents by providing interactivity with the revenues and expenditures in the budget. Pinellas County is one of the first counties in the state of Florida to release its financial data on the OpenGov platform.
Explore the Pinellas County OpenGov website and get a feel for this enhanced level of transparency. For additional context and descriptions of the county’s departments and programs, please refer to the online FY17 Adopted Budget.
