FY2003
Budget Presentation
-
The Budget Presentation presents high
level tables, graphics and images summarizing
the FY2003 Budget. The presentation
was presented by the County Administrator
to the Board of County Commissioners on August
20, 2002. Subsequent to this presentation,
the Board of County Commissioners made the
following changes:
1) The Tourist Development Council
(TDC) and Capital Projects budgets were adjusted
as a result of the Board's vote on the TDC
Budget item that followed the budget public
hearing on August 20th. The Proposed
Budget was predicated on the deferral of $2
million from the TDC fund to the Capital Projects
Fund in FY2002 and $0.5 million in FY2003.
The Board voted to eliminate this deferral
and restore the transfer in support of beach
enhancement projects. The TDC and Capital
Projects budgets have been adjusted accordingly.
