March 21, 2023: Pinellas County held an open house from 6 to 7:30 p.m., at Seminole Middle School, 8701 131st St. N., Largo, to provide information about the Baypointe Stormwater Conservation Area, with a formal presentation beginning at 6:15 p.m. Pinellas County staff and consultants shared preliminary designs, discussed the project schedule and answered questions.

Past Meetings

On Sept. 29, 2020, the County held a public information meeting to inform the community about the benefits of a brownfield designation.

Brownfield Designation Public Hearings

Pinellas County, in accordance with the Florida Brownfields Redevelopment Act, held two public hearings to determine if a resolution should be adopted designating the former Baypointe Golf Course as a Brownfield Site. They were held at the following times:
