Welcome
to the Pinellas County Right of Way Division!
The
primary function of the Right of Way Division
is to acquire property for road expansion projects,
treatment ponds, retention ponds, street assessments,
mitigation and stormwater drainage improvements.
This acquisition process is a vital link in expanding
and improving infrastructure for the continued

Limited Railroad right of way maps and current
